When I complete my order, how long will it take to arrive?

[short] a:

On average, 5-10 business days.

[L O N G] A:

The fact that everyone here is a big fan of Amazon Prime does not mean that we will be able to provide that exact experience from day one. But that won’t stop us from doing everything in our power to minimize the wait time for your goods.

All of our products are made custom for your order in a few highly specialized factories that are highly sustainable, both ecologically and fiscally. The money we save by minimizing wasteful overproduction is passed on to the artists who make the designs and to you, the consumer.

The OnPop process goes like this:

  • You choose a print image, a garment style, a size and a color. When you finalize your purchase, we pause momentarily until your bank clears the transaction so that we are both protected against fraud.
  • Your order goes into our production queue as soon as we receive bank confirmation. It usually takes about 1-2 business days to complete and pack for shipping (depending on how many orders we have at that moment).
  • UPS picks up your order for delivery to the address you’ve given us. Most orders are fulfilled out of our factory in Miami, Florida.
  • The goods hit the road via UPS ground if you’re in the contiguous 48 states, or hop a plane to find you in Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally.

Can I rush my shipment?

[short] a:

Not yet, but that’s coming soon.

[L O N G] A:

As a startup, one of the ways we were able to get our platform online most efficiently was to offer the most reliable and economically viable shipping options available from our production facilities at the time of launch. We are currently testing expedited shipping options, and once we are satisfied that they deliver on their promises, they will be offered to you straight away.

Can I cancel my order?

[short] a:

Not after you’ve clicked the “Pay” button.

[L O N G] A:

Once you’ve clicked “Pay” the transaction is with the bank for processing and production of your garment has been queued up at the factory. Try as we may, we cannot put the genie back into the bottle at that point.

What’s the deal with returns?

[short] a:

We will replace any item at no charge if the garment is defective in some way, or it has been misprinted.

[L O N G] A:

Since all products are made custom for each order, we are unable to offer returns for sizing issues or if you change your mind after the fact. Please be sure to read our sizing charts for your garment selection before finalizing any purchase.

How can I make my apparel last as long as possible?

[short] a:

Wash on a delicate cycle in cold water, and either tumble dry on low heat or hang ‘em high to dry.

How do I know which size is best for me?

[short] a:

Check our sizing charts before you add the item to your cart.

[L O N G] A:

The fit of our styles can range from slim to oversized, so they will each have different measurements. Whenever possible, we will share our thoughts on each individual silhouette on the garment configuration pages in an effort to take the mystery out of it for you.

What’s with the upcharge on 2X and 3X sizes?

[short] a:
They are more expensive shirts for us to source, so we must charge more for them.

[L O N G] A:
We pay an average of $1 more apiece for the 2X, and $2 more apiece for the 3X, so that’s all we charge you.
